Virtual fertility consulting with Dr. Reagan will be conducted via Zoom or telephone. Dr. Reagan is extremely detailed and thorough with the initial consultation and will take 90 min. If you’ve never seen a holistic doctor before, it’s different than most doctors visits- she will take the time to understand your entire fertility journey and dig a little deeper into what might be going on. The initial consultation will consist of very detailed health and fertility history forms that you will have previously filled out and uploaded to the patient portal along with all of your previous lab work and imaging results before the appointment. During the consultation she will go over all of your lab work, your entire fertility and health history, menstrual history, basel body temperature chart, current symptoms, your mental and emotional state, what supplements or pharmaceuticals you are taking, diet and exercise regimen, and any imaging work or procedures you’ve had done. She will answer all of your questions thoroughly. 

       Dr. Reagan will put together a very personalized treatment protocol for you to follow which may include specific herbs and nutraceuticals to be taken at very specific times in your cycle, specific lab testing or procedures you may need to get done, certain cleanses, functional fertility nutrition plans, exercise plans, alternatives techniques, and a mindfulness meditation program to follow. Dr. Reagan has a PHARMACY tab on her home page. After your initial consult, she will have set aside everything she has suggested you need in a cart for you. If she has suggested any lab testing to be done then click on the link Lab testing under her WORK WITH ME tab and proceed with purchasing the lab testing she suggested. 

         She will email you your personal plan that she has designed for you, typically within 48 hours after your initial consultation. Treating infertility is very cycle-phase specific, so the individualized protocol that she has developed for you will be broken down into all phases of your cycle. It will be very specific and things will change and begin to regulate so she suggests doing a follow-up appointment 1 month after your initial consultation to discuss your progress, and to go over all of your new lab results and procedures you may have had done. Follow up appointments last 45 minutes.
